Update on Net Neutrality

Reps. Ed Markey (D-Mass.) and Chip Pickering (R-Miss.) have introduced the "Internet Freedom Preservation Act" (HR 5353) to protect Net Neutrality under the Communications Act and convene at least eight “broadband summits” to collect public input on how to “promote openness, competition, innovation, and affordable, ubiquitous broadband service for all individuals in the United States. You can send a letter in support of this legislation through www.savetheinternet.com.

And check out disreputable behavior by Comcast at a recent FCC hearing on neutrality and file blocking in Cambridge, Mass., here.
