Campaign finance question on Portland bllot

The Portland, OR chapter and election activists have submitted signatures for two initiatives for campaign finance reform. AfD Portland Co-chair, David e. Delk, is chief petitioner on one of these, which would allow the citizens of Oregon to enact limitations on campaign contributions. The Oregon Supreme Court had declared such limitations unconstitutional a decade ago. David and the other members of the Portland Chapter expect that the citizens of Oregon will vote in November on both initiatives.
