Correction on DUHC post & e-news article

A previous post on the Measure T situation said that "A California court has ruled Measure T, the Humboldt County (CA) ballot measure that limited campaign contributions in local elections by out-of-county corporations, is unconstitutional."

Our bad--this is incorrect--the joint settlement between Humboldt County Board of Supervisors and the Pacific Legal Foundation is not the same as a ruling. Thanks to Kaitlin Sopoci-Belknap of Democracy Unlimited of Humboldt County for settling it straight!
